The issue
The administration's attempts to enhance the city aren't enhancing the government's reputation.
Why are certain attempts ignored? or, much worse, harms your reputation.
Observations
1. Despite efforts to communicate the benefits that "building the bridges for the train rails" will bring to the neighborhood, it appears that "the works" are not well known in the area. The billboards are perceived as spam. The majority of people prioritize the tangible (intangible) benefits over the "building."
2. Building bridges will cut down on traffic, make it easier to get things done, and save time, all of which will help reduce environmental stress.
They will bring us near enough to walk by. It will make it simpler to socialize and travel to new places.
We used a bird and a foot without shoes to show that bridges will bring safety, freedom, and fun.
The power of third parties
The city would invite Melissa to work in collaboration with the project, releasing a special "Chacalermo" edition model. The money from their internet sales will be donated; vouchers for exclusive discounts at cafes, greengrocers, butchers, and hair salons are hidden throughout the neighborhood for walkers to find. The idea behind it is still the same: walking is a healthy discovery that can integrate us if we approach it with that intention.
The Barefoot Park
Building a "Barefoot Park" below the train tracks will serve as the temple's feet, sending a strong message that "walking is healthy and brings our community together." It helps us meet new people quickly, establish new acquaintances, and perhaps even find a mate. It also reduces stress.
